What is supported in the documentation?
A LUT maps input colors to output colors. It is useful for a repeatable color treatment; it does not fix every exposure or white-balance problem.
The PhotoCraft README lists Color Lookup with .cube, .3dl and .look support. This is a documented format capability, not a test of every LUT file. The resources below have not been imported by this site.
Download four original LUTs
Try Warm Editorial, Cool Slate, Soft Matte and Monochrome Contrast. Each .cube file uses a 17³ grid for standard RGB photos. Browse previews in the resource library, or download all four LUTs with instructions. Files have passed structural checks, but have not been tested inside PhotoCraft.

Sedona · IWLTBAP

A reversible color lookup workflow
- Download from the author and unpack the LUT file. Read which input color profile or image type it expects.
- Open a copy of a modest-size photo. Start with a normal photo, not a LOG image requiring a different conversion LUT.
- In a build with the documented adjustment, look for Color Lookup in adjustment-layer controls and load the supported LUT file. Exact labels can differ by release.
- Keep the color treatment on its own adjustment layer where available. Toggle visibility to compare and reduce opacity if the treatment is too strong.
- Save a new editable project, reopen it and verify the look remains. Export a comparison image and inspect it outside the editor.
If your build lacks the control or rejects the file, record the version and format and consult upstream documentation. Do not change the file extension to force acceptance.
Evaluate the result
Check skin tones, white objects, shadows and highlight detail. A pleasing thumbnail can hide clipped channels or a strong color cast. Use the same input photo for comparisons and record your LUT filename, opacity and PhotoCraft version.
For shareable results, publish your own before/after images and test notes. Do not label an author’s promotional image as a PhotoCraft test.
